How long does it take to get my reading?

Your written reading arrives by email within 10 days. If you'd like to go deeper afterwards, you can separately book a live call at a time that works for you.

Do I have to book the live call too?

No. The written reading is a complete, standalone purchase. The live call is a separate, optional add-on you can book afterwards if you want to discuss your reading further.

How is a reading prepared?

Each reading is prepared personally, drawing on your birth details and years of practice in reading patterns in people's lives. No templates, no generic frameworks. Everything in the reading is specific to you.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your birth details and everything discussed in the reading stays completely confidential. It is never shared with anyone.

Are you available outside Canada?

Yes — readings are available worldwide. Live calls are scheduled to suit your time zone.

Why we have a no-refund policy

Each service involves significant personal time and preparation — your birth chart is calculated, studied, and written specifically for you. This work begins as soon as payment is received. Because the service is personal, bespoke, and non-transferable, we are unable to offer refunds once the process has started.

Birth Chart Reading

Once payment is received, work on your reading begins. No refunds are available after payment. If you contact us within 24 hours of payment and work has not yet started, we will consider a refund at our sole discretion.

Exceptional circumstances

If you experience a serious issue with a reading — for example, it was not delivered at all — please contact us at support@satyajyoti.com and we will work with you to resolve it. We are committed to doing right by our clients even within this policy.

This policy is designed to comply with Ontario's Consumer Protection Act and applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. If you have a concern about your rights as a consumer in your province, you may contact your provincial consumer protection office.
